We really enjoyed our vacation at Appartements Pitterle. The location is very good, in the middle of the town, with the Reiterkogelbahn across the street. The apartment was spacious enough, clean and well maintained. Parking place in the court. We’ve also appreciated the owners’ help with everything we’ve asked for. Very kind people!
Overall, excellent value for money, so we would like to return again!

The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Contact with the owner and check-in/out was very smooth. Towel change mid-week was a bonus. Everything was there that we needed, to a high level of quality. Large bedrooms & multiple bathrooms, we were with 7 guests and there was plenty of space. Not a huge sofa/living area but we spent most of the time in the kitchen/ diner as a group. The sauna and coffee machine were very much appreciated! The house is a little out of the village but we found it easy to walk the 10 mins to the lift in the mornings and found a ski shop where we could store our skis overnight next to the lifts, which made things convenient. The supermarket next door was handy and there is also a ski bus stop there you could use. Overall a great stay, good value for money and we would return again!

We were a family group of 7 adults skiing for a week in February 2019. This very modern and comfortable house really has everything that you need for a comfortable stay in Saalbach. The bedrooms are all a good size. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs, and downstairs a toilet, sink in the bedroom, and shower in the sauna in effect providing a third bathroom. Bathrooms are moden and spacious (all showers, no baths). The house also has nice decorations and pictures. The kitchen area is very spacious and well equipped. After skiing we particularly enjoyed the wood burning stove in the living area, and the large sauna. The fresh coffee machine was also very popular.

The house is only a few minutes walk from the well-stocked Billa supermarket which is open from early morning and provides freshly baked bread. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main ski lifts and this can be a challenging walk if carrying ski equipment, especially for younger children. There is a bus stop beside the Billa supermarket but buses only run every 20 minutes and the bus only goes to the Schattbergbahn lift. The location is my only hestitation at all about this beautiful house. If you are concerned about carrying your skis each day to the lift stations you should factor in taking a taxi (about Euro15 single trip). But many houses in Saalbach are further from the town centre that Ferienhaus Pitterle - it is just that Saalbach is spread out and requires some walking for most visitors.

Overall a lovely holiday house, peaceful and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to go back.

Almost no reviews for so good apartment? Summer review: Location is perfect, Reiterkogelbahn on one side, family park on the other. It is clean, everything you need is there, people are nice... Would recommend it to anyone!
