Stayed for a week at the beautiful villa Lamore di Carla in the Chianti region and could not have been more pleased with the both the villa and the service of TN&M! Villa was gorgeous and fully equipped, including with cots for babies, beautiful pool and outdoor area, etc. The caretaker on site spoke perfect English, cleaned every day, arranged everything for us. TN&M booked 2 incredible private chefs, a wine tasting, grocery shopping in advance of our arrival and was just so helpful and easy to work with. We had such a fantastic time that we just booked a villa again for this summer and are looking forward to our stay at Casa Tara in June!

We just returned from the most serene week at Tenuta di Almabrada, booked through Tuscany Now & More. We specifically wanted a villa near Florence and Chianti to enjoy sightseeing and a few wine tastings, with a gorgeous outdoor view and a private pool. Tuscany Now & More's Sales Team found us the perfect home. The owner even jumped in on an email thread to give us her personal opinion on Almabrada, showcasing the company's personalised touch. It's rare to find such a human touch in travel planning these days, and it made all the difference.

While we had many activities planned, we ended up spending nearly all our time at the villa, enjoying late afternoon swims before catching the most divine sunset by the pool. The TN&M Concierge Team also helped us book two wine tastings. One evening, a local sommelier (Gio Stella) came to the villa and guided us through a tasting of five Chianti wines. The second time, we visited a local family-run winery called Colle Bereto.

This was my first time traveling with Tuscany Now & More, and I will definitely be back.

26 years after booking our first holiday together through Tuscany Now (as it was back then) we found what we thought would be an ideal holiday property for another trip to the region. Whilst we totally love Italy the property was extremely disappointing and the response we have got since our return even worse. We booked Campo Chinadoli for a week in June 2024 chosen to get away from the stresses of life and whilst it was in a beautiful spot it was not without its drawbacks:

1. Whilst the description said that it was down an unmade road and was situated 2.5km from the main road it was in fact a rough forest track 3.7km long. The description really should state that a 4x4 is recommended, both the caretaker and pool man had such;
2. The property was FULL of snakes, they were everywhere but no warnings or advice and when we complained about this on our return we were told that we had obviously mistaken lizards for snakes! We fully accept that due to the remote location there will be snakes, lizards, etc but actually nesting in the property without any warnings;
3. No WiFi, or should I say incorrect password provided, again this was apparently our fault;
3. When we complained about one of the locks not working (we could not lock the door through which we were greeted) we were told all the locks worked but there was a key missing!
4. When we asked the caretaker about the air-con we were told we would not need it. When we did need it we could not get it to work and there were no instructions, in fact there were no instructions for anything!
5. The property was described as luxurious, it was certainly not luxurious, grubby and run down yes!
6. Having specifically chosen a property with a private pool and for solitude we had three days out of a weeks stay where the pool man had to attend because the pool was not working properly. TN&M were obviously aware of this prior to our arrival but we were not told. My husband even had to push the van of the pool repair company out when it got stuck on the drive - yep the drive was THAT bad!
I could go on but having spent the last month dealing with TN&M and being fobbed off I'm starting to feel like a warn out record.
As we were only there for a week we chose to deal with the issues and let the company know what we had encountered on our return. Their response has been incredibly poor making out it was all our fault and we should have told them before. I do not want to spend my holiday dealing with issues, I want to be able to relax (as well as one can with snakes watching you from every corner!) and enjoy.
We have now been offered a refund for one day of our holiday.
I will NEVER book through this company again, 26 years ago they were great but in 2024 most definitely NOT great

Shame on you! Unbelievable behaviour from this agency of Luxury houses for rent.
I will try to be short and give real informations(as the pics below) about what it happen whit those unprofessional and arrogant people.
1) We had a rent of one week of "Pogetto Rosato " as a test before of program 2 months of rental for the next spring with Tuscany now &More . I asked so many times about the condition of the street to access at the villa with a ss car (pics below and videos).
They told me, after I asked that was impossible to get there without a SUV minimum (maybe they should advice in advance if you have a special car that you can destroy if you try to use that street).After my complaints I received an email where they are talking about Ferrari and Bentley to access at the villa , hahaha no comments.
2) I arrived and the person in charge of the Chech in didn't Show us the Lights esternally ,and the correct informations about the heating. So we had 5 nights without ac and lights , again FIVE nights in one week of.holiday!!!
3) I can't talk more about the condition of the furniture and the rest of the garden Look at the pics, disgusting!
4) If you have any allergies or particular attention to the hygiëne there is a cat FULL OF BUGS and zero food poor animal.
5) I had to contact Every day for 5 consecutive days the Agency in one week of holiday, to have absolutely nothing back and at the and they refused to accept my complaints and give me a refund of this magical holiday 🤢
I hope that this review will be at least useful for new clients!!

We stayed at I Giullari for a week in July and could not have been happier. Incredible location, being so close to Florence and being able to look down at the Duomo! The view from the pool to the countryside was even more special. Stunning villa and service from TN&M. We will be booking again
